1. Prolonged overheating will not only reduce the insulation performance and reliability of the motor, shorten the service life of the motor, but also reduce the lubrication capacity of the lubricating oil, and even lead to carbonization and acid hydrolysis of the lubricating oil.

2. The lubrication capacity of the lubricating oil will be greatly reduced after carbonization, which will cause serious wear of crankshaft, connecting rod, piston, piston ring, etc. *** will appear blocking and rotating phenomena such as shaft holding, stuck cylinder and connecting rod breaking accident caused by blocking.

3. The carbonized oil will also form carbon on the valve disc and the valve plate, causing the valve disc to leak and fracture.

4. The acid in the lubricating oil will corrode the enameled wire of the winding and reduce the insulation performance of the winding.

5, acidizing lubricants can also cause copper plating.
